I investigate our economies of consumption by observing them from ground level. In the construction materials that happen to appear at my feet, I recognize the principles of Cesare Brandi's theory of restoration, according to which every fragment contains the potential of the whole. The same principle can be found in the surviving fragments of a fresco: within a single piece still attached to the wall lie enough traces to imagine the complexity of the original work.
From this perspective, rubble is not merely a residue but the starting point for a new interpretation, in which caring for each individual fragment becomes a necessary act for transforming fragility into awareness.
Lampada della Risorsa emerges from the hybridization of 3D scanning technologies and Artificial Intelligence through the text-to-image method, allowing construction debris to be reshaped into a new form. The subsequent manual embossing of the printed surface restores a tactile dimension to the work, giving physical expression to the concept of regeneration.
Collecting, observing, and touching construction waste means recognizing that every fragment holds the possibility of a new beginning.

Indago le nostre economie di consumo osservandole da terra. Nei materiali edili che si materializzano casualmente ai miei piedi riconosco i principi della teoria del restauro di Cesare Brandi, secondo cui ogni frammento contiene la potenzialità del tutto. È lo stesso principio che si manifesta nei lacerti di un affresco: nel singolo frammento ancora aderente alla parete si conservano tracce sufficienti a immaginare la complessità dell'opera originaria.
Da questa prospettiva, la maceria non è soltanto un residuo, ma il punto di partenza per una nuova lettura, in cui prendersi cura del singolo elemento diventa un gesto necessario per trasformare la fragilità in consapevolezza.
Lampada della Risorsa nasce dall'ibridazione tra tecnologie di scansione 3D e Intelligenza Artificiale, attraverso il metodo text-to-image, grazie alle quali le macerie vengono rimodellate in una nuova forma. Il successivo intervento manuale di goffratura sulla stampa restituisce al progetto una dimensione tattile, traducendo fisicamente il concetto di rigenerazione.
Raccogliere, osservare e toccare i materiali edili di risulta significa riconoscere, nel singolo frammento, la possibilità di un nuovo inizio.
